You are in the affiliate marketing business because you know the profit potential the industry possesses. However, that doesn’t mean you should accept outlandish claims on their face. Look carefully at offers and use your well-honed common sense and expertise to dissect them. Become a part of the programs that offer the most potential--not the ones that promise the most.

One you are marketing, remember just how annoying hype-based strategies can be. Try to find a way to emphasize the positive to your potential customers without misleading them with exaggeration. The most successful online entrepreneurs are those who make honest offers and recommendations based on a strong understanding of their customer’s needs.
